iMentor is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Director of Corporate Partnerships to build and manage a growing portfolio of corporate funders. This role is central to advancing iMentor’s mission to help students in under-resourced communities succeed in college and beyond by securing and growing corporate philanthropic investment.

At a moment when companies are rethinking how to build the future workforce and address widening opportunity gaps, this role will help translate corporate priorities into meaningful partnerships that expand access to mentorship, networks, and career pathways for young people. Corporate Partnership Development & Stewardship

  • With support from Corporate Development Manager, develop tailored concepts, proposals, pitches, and partnership strategies that align corporate philanthropic priorities with iMentor’s programs and impact, while creating opportunities for deeper, multi-dimensional engagement across employee engagement, brand visibility, strategic communications, and potential earned revenue opportunities.

  • Structure and negotiate philanthropic partnerships, including grants and sponsorships and select fee-for-service opportunities.

  • Lead stewardship and benefits fulfillment for corporate partners, ensuring a high-quality and consistent partner experience.

  • Oversee delivery of corporate benefits, including volunteer engagement, event activations, and corporate trainings, in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Represent iMentor externally at meetings, events, and industry convenings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Grants Management

  • Partner closely with Program, Finance, Marketing & Communications, Research & Evaluation and Development Operations teams to scope partnerships, develop budgets, and define impact metrics.
  • Lead grants management and compliance for your portfolio, ensuring deliverables, reporting, and timelines are met in coordination with internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor progress against grant commitments and proactively address risks or challenges.

  • Coordinate internally to ensure strong execution of partnerships and alignment across teams.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across Institutional Giving to align on shared accounts and strategy, including board leadership, fundraising events, and more.
