The Vice President of Growth will lead iMentor's national partnerships, develop strategic plans, oversee sales and partner management teams, and ensure exceptional partner experiences to expand mentoring reach.

The Director of Corporate Partnerships is responsible for managing corporate funder relationships, securing investments, strategically developing partnerships, and ensuring effective execution and reporting for iMentor's mission.

The Senior Director of External Relations will drive regional revenue strategies and cultivate partnerships, ensuring iMentor's growth and visibility in Chicago. They will lead board engagement, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent iMentor among civic and corporate communities.

Program Managers will support mentoring relationships between students and adult volunteers, facilitating sessions and events aimed at enhancing post-secondary planning and success.

Program Managers will support 80-100 mentee/mentor pairs in developing post-secondary plans. They will facilitate relationships, classroom sessions, events, and provide coaching and data-driven support to ensure success in the program.
