Provides administrative and operational support for the Development team by processing gifts and pledges, maintaining donor data in Salesforce, producing fundraising reports, supporting acknowledgments and reconciliations, coordinating department communications and meetings, conducting donor research, and administering fundraising events and campaigns. The role emphasizes data accuracy, CRM integrity, customer service, financial documentation, and cross-team support.

Lead iMentor’s virtual mentoring pilot from planning through implementation and evaluation. Manage corporate partner activation, mentor recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, and support. Serve as the primary liaison to technology partner UStrive and coordinate internal and external stakeholders. Track quantitative and qualitative data, assess program quality and participant outcomes, identify improvements, and develop recommendations for future program design, scale, and impact.

Program Managers will support mentoring relationships between students and adult volunteers, facilitating sessions and events aimed at enhancing post-secondary planning and success.

Support institutional fundraising by researching prospects, writing LOIs/proposals/reports, and managing grants and moves processes. Maintain Salesforce forecasting, draft outreach and decks, coordinate cross-functional data for funder reporting, and ensure timely stewardship and compliance for a corporate partnership portfolio.

Program Managers will support 80-100 mentee/mentor pairs in developing post-secondary plans. They will facilitate relationships, classroom sessions, events, and provide coaching and data-driven support to ensure success in the program.
