This role is based at one of our corporate offices in Dallas, TX or McLean, VA

This is your opportunity to join Hilton's Americas Regional Marketing Strategy and Activation team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Americas Regional Marketing Strategy and Activation, you will lead integrated media strategy and planning for Hilton's core Americas business.

You will connect customer insights, portfolio priorities, demand signals, and Digital Direct goals to drive profitable growth. You will oversee Hilton's media strategy across search, metasearch, affiliate, social, programmatic, video, and emerging channels. You will also lead the agency relationship and partner with Brand, Creative, Content, CRM, Loyalty, Distribution, Analytics, Finance, Technology, and regional marketing teams.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Lead annual, quarterly, and in-year media strategy and planning.
  • Translate business priorities into audience strategies, channel roles, investment recommendations, testing plans, and measurement requirements.
  • Lead the agency relationship, ensuring strong strategy, activation, optimization, innovation, and performance.
  • Evaluate cross-channel performance and recommend actions to improve demand capture, direct bookings, customer value, efficiency, and future investment.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to connect media decisions to customer and commercial priorities.
  • Work with media agencies and global media partners to align channel strategy, investment, testing, measurement, and operating expectations.
  • Participate in campaign reviews, media planning forums, agency business reviews, and cross-functional growth sessions.

Projects you'll take ownership of:

  • Build and evolve an Americas core media strategy with clear channel roles, investment principles, testing priorities, and measurement requirements.
  • Develop leadership-ready performance narratives that connect media investment to demand capture, direct bookings, customer behavior, and profitable growth.
What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of experience in media strategy, integrated media planning, performance marketing, marketing strategy, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience leading teams, agency relationships, or complex media programs in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Experience across multiple paid media channels, including search, social, programmatic, metasearch, affiliate, video, and emerging platforms.
  • Experience using customer insights, media data, experimentation, and measurement to guide investment decisions.
  • Experience developing and presenting integrated media strategies, managing budgets, influencing senior partners, and turning complex information into clear recommendations.
  • Travel up to 25%.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Experience in hospitality, travel, ecommerce, loyalty, distribution, or another business with complex customer journeys.
  • Experience connecting paid media with CRM, loyalty, app, website, content, or other customer touchpoints.
  • Experience managing regional or global agencies, media partners, ad technology partners, or measurement providers.
  • Experience with direct booking strategy, OTA dynamics, hotel metasearch, first-party data, privacy-safe activation, or cross-channel measurement.

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $145,000 – $190,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
