About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Channel Sales to lead the strategy and execution of our indirect sales initiatives through a high-performing network of value-added resellers (VARs), including service providers and distributors. In this high-impact role, you’ll identify, recruit, and enable partners who expand our market reach, drive revenue growth, and deliver differentiated value to customers. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in reseller-led sales models, understands the nuances of partner engagement, and thrives in building scalable, repeatable channel programs in B2B technology and field services environments. This is a remote position based in the United States.

A Day In Your Life

  • Guide VARs on how to position and implement Augury’s Machine Health solutions within their customer base—aligning our offerings with their business goals and industry focus.
  • Own the full VAR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to enablement and revenue generation, ensuring each partner has the right tools, content, and support.
  • Act as the key point of contact for your VAR portfolio, nurturing engagement and driving adoption of Augury’s platform as a core part of their strategy.
  • Build executive relationships with partner leadership, identify co-selling opportunities, and collaborate to expand their commercial impact.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential VARs, understanding their evolving business needs and positioning Augury as a valuable differentiator.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, delivering creative ideas and insights that help partners grow their business and compete more effectively in their markets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Enablement, and Marketing teams to deliver continuous value and consistent messaging to and through the channel.
  • Continuously refine internal processes, partner programs, and go-to-market strategies to improve the partner journey and accelerate growth.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 10+ years in B2B sales, including 5+ years in a leadership role focused on reseller channel development. Proven success building and scaling indirect sales programs with VARs, service partners, and distributors.
  • Channel Expertise: Deep understanding of reseller business models, including deal registration, incentive programs, co-selling motions, and revenue attribution.
  • Strategic Relationship Building: Strong ability to engage and influence internal stakeholders and external partner executives. Adept at aligning mutual goals to drive growth.
  • Industry Familiarity: Knowledge of industrial machinery, predictive maintenance, or condition monitoring. Able to navigate conversations with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Clear Communication: Skilled communicator who crafts compelling, tailored narratives that resonate with executives, engineers, and sales teams alike.
  • Partner-Led Customer Success: Brings a customer-centric mindset to channel sales—focused on value delivery, adoption, and long-term partner satisfaction.
  • Enablement Mindset: Experienced in designing onboarding materials, sales playbooks, and scalable frameworks to accelerate partner performance.

The pay range for this position in Colorado, California, and New York is a targeted OTE of $225,000-$275,00 that is composed of a 70/30 split of base salary + variable. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
