This role leads all technical and functional learning for non-technician roles across the organization and partners closely with CAI Learning to design and deliver soft-skills and leadership learning that supports sustained change. The Director engages stakeholders at all levels - from executives to front-line employees - to ensure learning and change strategies are aligned with business priorities and the company's strategic objectives.
The Director will lead and develop a team of change and learning professionals, including people leaders, providing direction, coaching, and development to drive high performance and consistent execution. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into scalable learning and change strategies that enable measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead change management and learning and development efforts to support strategic initiatives.
- Advise senior executives on leveraging change enablement and training to execute business strategies.
- Introduce new frameworks and process improvements to enhance strategic change and cultural transformation.
- Collaborate with operational support teams and departments to align efforts with strategic objectives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive initiative success and lead through influence.
- Maintain visibility into key initiatives and performance metrics to ensure successful execution.
- Facilitate design of new processes and procedures to meet evolving business needs.
- Support leadership development and sponsorship for change enablement and adoption.
- Analyze data and deliver insights to support strategic prioritization and decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve conflicts in objectives or priorities.
- Provide updates on initiative progress, KPI performance, and value tracking.
- Continuously improve methodologies and frameworks for strategic enablement.
- Provide coaching, training, and development to team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and create development plans.
- Lead and drive special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years' experience in (change management or learning and development). The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 8 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 5 years' experience; or 14 years' experience in (change management or learning and development)
- 5+ years' experience in a management or leadership role
- Excellent executive presence, communication, interpersonal, leadership, presentation, attention to detail, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
Preferred
- Degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration
- Certification in Prosci, CCMP, CPTD, AIHR, and/or CIPD
USD 148,500.00 - 247,500.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $148,500.00 - $247,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
