This is a highly visible leadership opportunity with an immediate and meaningful mandate: lead the SAP and business applications workstream through Analogic’s carve-out and integration, including separation, migration, cutover, stabilization, and TSA exit.

Beyond the transition, you’ll own the enterprise applications roadmap and help define and execute Analogic’s path toward S/4HANA.

We’re looking for a leader who can think strategically, partner effectively with executives and business leaders, and still roll up their sleeves when needed.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the strategy and roadmap for SAP and enterprise business applications.
  • Lead major SAP programs, including implementations, upgrades, separations, integrations, and transformations.
  • Drive the M&A carve-out, including SAP landscape separation, data migration, cutover, stabilization, business continuity, and TSA exit.
  • Lead S/4HANA readiness and transformation planning, including business case, process harmonization, data strategy, architecture, and execution.
  • Optimize end-to-end processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, inventory, costing, and commercial operations.
  • Drive greater use of standard SAP functionality while reducing manual workarounds and unnecessary customization.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global Business Applications team and effectively manage vendors and systems integrators.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate technology investments into measurable improvements in cost, quality, controls, scalability, and operational performance.
What You Bring
  • 12+ years of enterprise applications experience with significant hands-on SAP experience in manufacturing environments.
  • 5+ years leading teams or major programs.
  • Strong SAP knowledge across multiple functional areas, ideally FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, PS, and QM.
  • Proven success leading full-cycle SAP implementations, upgrades, separations, or transformations.
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, costing, inventory, reporting, and traceability.
  • Executive-level communication skills with strong business and financial acumen.
  • Ability to operate at both the strategic and hands-on level.
Experience That Sets You Apart
  • M&A carve-outs, divestitures, acquisition integrations, ERP separations, or TSA exits
  • S/4HANA transformation or migration
  • Regulated manufacturing experience, including medical device, aerospace, or aviation security
  • PMP, PgMP, SAP, Lean, Six Sigma, or related certifications

This is more than an opportunity to manage an SAP environment. It’s an opportunity to shape what comes next.

You’ll help guide Analogic through a critical business transition while building the applications strategy and technology foundation that will support the company’s next chapter of growth.
