NEOH Bonsky Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our operation and serves as the communication hub between our customers, technicians, and office team.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, customer-focused, and understands the importance of keeping technicians productive while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do- Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing service technicians efficiently throughout the day
- Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment status and scheduling updates
- Work closely with technicians, managers, and office staff to maximize productivity
- Maintain accurate records and customer information in ServiceTitan
- Assist in managing daily call volume and scheduling priorities
- Provide exceptional customer service with every customer interaction
- Support company goals through effective communication and organization
- 2-3+ years of dispatching experience in an HVAC, plumbing, or home services company
- Hands-on ServiceTitan experience is required
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience
