The Digitalization Executive is responsible for leading the organization’s digitalization strategy and technology initiatives. This role oversees emerging technology research, evaluation, and implementation, driving the adoption of AI, IoT, drones, satellite systems, and other smart solutions across relevant projects for clients.
The Digitalization Executive manages technology partnerships, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring projects align with organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes. The role also prepares high-level reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management, while mentoring and supervising Digitalization Executives and Coordinators.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree in Digital Innovation, ICT Management, or Smart Systems strongly preferred.
3–5 years of progressive experience in digitalization, ICT strategy, or technology leadership preferred.
Proven track record in leading technology projects, digital transformation initiatives, and emerging technology applications.
Strong expertise in AI, IoT, smart city systems, backend development, and system integration.
Advanced knowledge of emerging technologies and their applications for social, environmental, and operational impact.
Ability to translate technology trends into strategic organizational initiatives.
Professional certifications in AI, IoT, data analytics, cloud computing, or ICT governance.
Project/program management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) preferred.
Training in digital strategy, innovation management, or technology leadership is considered an asset.
Familiarity or interest in Smart City Solutions, IoT, AI, Drone and Satellite Technology, Blockchain, FinTech, Cloud Storage, Digitization, and Automation is an added advantage.
