The Digital Workplace Services - Site Support Engineer is responsible for on-site IT Operations, delivering and supporting digital workplace solutions that empower our associates across Europe both remotely and in person. The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned service delivery, process improvement, and executive-level support, requiring strong technical and leadership skills.

This position reports to Service Delivery Lead (Middle East & India) - Digital Workplace Services who is part of Global IT Team in India. In this role you will be required to be onsite located at our Krakow, Poland office.

This is a Danaher Corporate role, hosted by our Cytiva operating company in Krakow. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver Advanced Technical Support:
    Provide expert troubleshooting and support for digital workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), and endpoint management (Intune), ensuring systems are reliable and users are satisfied.

  • Collaborate Across Teams:
    Work closely with regional IT and business stakeholders to assess user needs, recommend improvements, and support the deployment of new digital workplace initiatives throughout Europe.

  • Oversee IT Operations:
    Manage daily IT support, project delivery, infrastructure projects, and operational tasks such as PC shipping, tracking, onboarding, and inventory management for European users. Ensure consistent performance of end-user computing and AV systems.

  • Manage Procurement and Assets:
    Handle purchase orders, invoices, contracts, legal agreements, and vendor coordination for hardware, software, printing, and licenses. Validate assets for audits and maintain accurate IT asset records for both active and resigned users.

  • Document and Train:
    Develop process documentation, create user guides, and deliver training sessions to help users effectively utilize digital workplace tools.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on helpdesk/service desk operations including hardware/software, MS Teams, and AV systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • In-depth knowledge & Hands on experience on MS 365, MS Windows and MacOS systems, ITSM platform (ServiceNow).
