MRI Wausau, a division of Angott Search Group, has partnered with a $700 million Minnesota bank in their search for a Digital Technology Architect (DTA). This is a key role that responsible for overseeing the selection, implementation, and administration of all digital customer experience technology. The DTA will work with management to set and implement digital strategy, drive digital innovation, expand the Bank’s digital ecosystem, and establish key performance indicators.
As the Technology Architect within our organization, the DTA is responsible for designing systems that enhance efficiency in our processes, personnel management, and continuous risk monitoring. Leveraging technologies that utilize Artificial Intelligence to streamline our operations and proactively manage risks is desirable. A key part of this role is to serve as the internal narrator, articulating the benefits of the changes being implemented, both for our bank and our valued customers. This position is tasked with ensuring that our technology is not just understood, but fully utilized to its maximum potential.
Externally, this position owns the digital experience for our customers from discovery through multi-product relationships. This includes digital communications, transfer of sensitive data, and creating a world-class experience.
