Reporting to the Digital Manager – Pacific, we are looking for a Digital Specialist to support the growth and performance of our well-known brands.  Based at our offices in Mascot, Sydney you will be responsible for executing and optimising digital marketing activities across multiple channels.  Working across website content, SEO, paid media and digital campaigns you will help drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Manage and optimise website content and digital campaigns.

  • Support execution of SEO, SEM and digital marketing initiatives.

  • Coordinate campaign landing pages and on-site promotions.

  • Work with analytics tools to monitor digital performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Product Manager to implement website improvements that support marketing performance.

  • Manage digital assets, content updates and campaign deployments.

  • Support email marketing, marketing personalisation and CRM initiatives where required.

  • Ensure digital activity aligns with brand, UX and customer journey best practices.

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this position you will need to have strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

You will also need to be self-motivated and someone who takes initiative. Your sound communication skills will allow you to connect with various stakeholders and management effectively.

Further to the above you will ideally have:

  • 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing, website management, eCommerce, or campaign execution.

  • Experience working with CMS platforms and digital analytics tools, with a solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital performance metrics.

  • An understanding of HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts; experience with marketing automation platforms will be highly beneficial.

  • knowledge of paid media and programmatic advertising is highly regarded.  

  • Proactive, organised, and eager to learn, with a passion for digital marketing and emerging digital trends.
