This job belongs to the Digital Product Management family. This family is responsible for setting priorities, translating customer needs into valuable, feasible, and usable user stories, and guiding the digital product team on what should be built.
Job Description:
The Digital Product Manager/Owner will set priorities for a small internal digital product to all within an organization. They will translate customer needs into valuable, feasible, and usable user stories, personas, user journeys, and user flows. They will drive the digital product strategy, define the roadmap, and guide the digital product team on "what" should be built.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate customer needs into valuable, feasible, and usable user stories.
- Able to extract daily insights on digital commerce metrics and recommend daily on decisions to enhance metrics productivity across funnel for all internal users (Main user: TikTok customer team, Broader Stakeholder: Category team)
- Drive the digital product strategy and define the roadmap.
- Collaborate with partners to prioritize the product backlog.
- Make data-driven decisions based on complex, multivariable environments.
- Develop and run experiments to validate or disprove concepts.
Job Qualifications
- Business Ownership Mindset: The ability to understand how the digital commerce business is running end to end, and how it relates to its Sales Fundamentals
- In-depth knowledge on TikTok seller centre portal data and key metrics that drives TikTok GMV across its funnel: able to extract daily insights on these metrics and recommend daily on decisions to enhance metrics productivity across funnel for all internal users (Main user: TikTok customer team, Broader Stakeholder: Category team)
- Must have: Data Engineering Skills (Databricks, Web Scrapping, SQL, Python), API implementation, Project Management (SCRUM)
- Nice to have: UI/UX, Power BI
- Demonstrates depth of applied IT skills across at least two IT job profiles.
- Requires at least one role with two or more diverse experiences.
- Actively participates in teamwork while demonstrating cultural awareness and a willingness to share insights.
- Defines and leads the work necessary to shape team dynamics, organizational culture, or IT practices.
- Participates in developing others in the function, ensuring there is a sustainable career journey ahead.
- Able to navigate through different stakeholders needs & cocreate business solution to grow business.
