Join Maxis as a Digital Product Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience supporting digital product management, implementation, and deployment initiatives. This role offers exposure to real-world product workflows, testing processes, and cross-functional collaboration, while working closely with the product and development teams to deliver seamless digital experiences across eCommerce and app platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Product Implementation

  • Support the planning and execution of digital product implementations on eCommerce or app platforms.

  • Assist with coordinating product rollouts and deployment activities.

2. Product Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct product testing prior to deployment to ensure functionality and readiness.

  • Identify, track, and report bugs or issues, and follow up on fixes where required.

3. Bug Tracking & Monitoring

  • Monitor product performance and user experience post-deployment.

  • Support end-to-end monitoring of new features after launch.

4. JIRA Documentation & Collaboration

  • Write and maintain JIRA stories and support story refinement with the development team.

  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure clear requirements and smooth execution.

5. Product Monitoring & Reporting

  • Assist in monitoring key product metrics and performance indicators.

  • Support reporting on issues, enhancements, and deployment outcomes.

Value-Added Project

The intern will have the opportunity to support end-to-end digital product initiatives, including product implementation, testing, bug tracking, and post-launch monitoring. This exposure provides practical insight into digital product management and deployment within a large enterprise environment.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Meticulous, curious, and detail-oriented mindset.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration.

  • Basic project management skills are an advantage.

  • Willingness to learn and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
