Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

Join Maxis as a Digital Assets Intern and gain hands-on experience in managing digital platforms that support Maxis Enterprise customers. In this role, you will be involved in website management, SEO implementation, eCommerce store support, GenAI chatbot testing, and platform analytics. This internship offers an opportunity to develop digital marketing, analytical, and technical skills while contributing to impactful projects that enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of Maxis Enterprise digital platforms (website, self-care portal, eCommerce store, GenAI chatbot, etc.).

• Coordinate and perform quality checks for website content updates.

• Assist in SEO implementation efforts by coordinating content enhancements with Product stakeholders, based on agency recommendations.

• Conduct competitor research analysis and compile user guides for internal reference.

• Test GenAI chatbot features, document results, and report capability enhancements.

• Support platform analytics by checking analytics implementation and preparing performance reports.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

• Analytical Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in updates, implementations, and reporting.

  • Problem-solving mindset to identify issues and propose solutions, especially for chatbot testing and analytics.

• Communication Skills:

  • Clear written and verbal communication for documentation, reporting, and coordination.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.

Internship Period

• We are looking for an intern who can start in March for up to 6 months
