Join Maxis as a Digital Product Coordinator Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience supporting the development and evolution of digital products across the organisation. This role offers exposure to the full digital product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to delivery and optimisation, while working closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centric, data-driven digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with development, design, testing, research, and business teams to build seamless and engaging user experiences.
Support alignment across stakeholders to ensure product requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

2. Product Documentation & Requirements
Create and maintain detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and supports efficient product development.

3. Backlog & Release Management
Support the management and ownership of the product backlog.
Assist in planning product releases, prioritising features, and tracking delivery milestones.

4. Product Iteration & Optimisation
Continuously review and iterate on product features to ensure they remain relevant, competitive, and aligned with customer needs.
Incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders, and performance data into product improvements.

5. Performance Tracking & Analysis
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to assess product performance.
Support data-driven decision making by identifying insights, trends, and improvement opportunities.

Value-Added Project

The intern will be immersed in a holistic learning experience, gaining in-depth exposure to how the digital value chain operates end to end. This includes understanding how ideas are translated into digital products, how teams collaborate across functions, and how data-driven decisions are made to drive product success and customer value.
