About the Role

We are looking for a Digital P&O Leader (P&O Data Operations) who demonstrates a strong commitment to automation and continuous improvement. This role includes leading a team of approximately 10 P&O Representatives at various levels of seniority.

While we value professionals with experience across multiple HR processes, we will prioritize candidates with backgrounds in areas such as HCM (human capital management), time management, contract administration, reporting, contingent worker management, compensation administration.

This is a highly operational, hands-on position that closely interacts with HR systems and processes. About our Organization

We are part of Global Business Solutions Unit in Husqvarna Group. This role reports to GBS P&O Manager based in Warsaw, Poland.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery Management

  • Coordinate the workload across the team.
  • Assist the team in delivering timely services and resolving complex issues.
  • Enhance service delivery by leveraging AI tools and automation.
  • Maintain and continuously improve knowledge management practices, including content supporting Workday usage and HR AI  solutions

Continuous Improvement and Digital Savviness

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across P&O processes, leveraging Workday capabilities, AI, and automation to enhance efficiency and user experience
  • Act as a key partner between P&O, IT, and HRIS teams to optimize and evolve Workday solutions (e.g., Core HCM, workflows, self-service, reporting)
  • Monitor and analyze service performance using KPIs and dashboards, translating insights into actionable improvements and digital solutions

People Management

  • Lead the Team through organizational and operational changes balancing the right placement of their talent with business needs,
  • Support direct reports in overcoming daily challenges related to processes, systems, and collaboration.
  • Create an atmosphere of psychological safety and a relationship based on trust and respect.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with Global Process Owners and local P&O teams, acting as a trusted advisor in driving digital HR transformation

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, or global HR service environments, with strong exposure to Workday and digital HR transformations
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements leveraging Workday capabilities, AI, and automation in close collaboration with IT and HRIS teams
  • Strong analytical skills, including KPI tracking, dashboarding, and using Workday data to generate actionable insights
  • Experience in leading teams through organizational and system-driven changes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with Global Process Owners, HR teams, and HRIS;
  • fluent English required
