We are seeking a Project Coordinator & Communication Specialist to support the successful delivery of enterprise cloud transformation and cybersecurity initiatives. In this role, you will act as the operational backbone across AWS/Azure cloud migration and security modernization programs, coordinating project activities while ensuring clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
You will be responsible for tracking project progress, managing dependencies, and translating complex cloud architecture and cybersecurity concepts into concise, business-friendly communications for executives, project sponsors, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate project delivery activities across multiple cloud and security initiatives, maintaining project plans, backlogs, sprint schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Track project progress, dependencies, risks, resource allocation, and key milestones using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
Act as the central communication point between Cloud Architects, Security Engineers, SOC teams, Compliance, Audit, and business stakeholders
Translate technical documentation, cloud governance frameworks, security metrics, and architectural updates into executive-ready presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and steering committee materials
Support organizational change management activities related to cloud transformation and cybersecurity modernization
Develop communication plans for cloud migrations, maintenance windows, security initiatives, and DevSecOps adoption
Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communication across cross-functional teams
Identify project risks, scheduling conflicts, and resource constraints, escalating issues proactively to project leadership
Support technical leads in ensuring successful project execution and effective stakeholder engagement
3+ years of experience coordinating IT projects, preferably within cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology transformation initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language
Understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS and/or Microsoft Azure)
Familiarity with core cybersecurity domains such as SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, identity governance, or security operations
Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Miro, or similar platforms
Experience supporting Agile project delivery and working within cross-functional technical teams
Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills
Experience supporting cloud migration or cybersecurity transformation programs
CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, PSM I, AgilePM, or similar project management certifications
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent cloud certifications
Experience preparing executive presentations and change management communications
Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and enterprise cloud governance
