Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that support donor and sponsor acquisition, brand engagement, and organizational objectives. The role leads content planning, coordinates creative production, manages paid and earned media campaigns, analyzes performance data, and provides digital marketing guidance across the organization. The position works closely with internal teams, external partners, and creative consultants to ensure effective campaign delivery, brand consistency, and achievement of marketing KPIs.

This is a fixed term post for five months based in Quezon City.

Major Responsibilities:

Content Planning, Development, and Optimization (20%)

  • Lead content strategy and planning for paid and earned digital media initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a content pipeline aligned with organizational priorities and campaign objectives.
  • Generate content ideas and create clear, actionable briefs for social media, website, articles, and video content.
  • Manage and maintain a centralized content library to support efficient content access and reuse.

Creative Coordination and Quality Assurance (30%)

  • Coordinate with writers, designers, videographers, and other creative consultants to produce campaign assets.
  • Develop comprehensive, brand-aligned creative briefs and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Monitor project timelines and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

Paid Media Campaign Planning and Management (30%)

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage audience segmentation, targeting strategies, remarketing activities, and A/B testing initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance, conversions, and ROI/ROAS while preparing regular performance reports.
  • Coordinate campaign tracking requirements, including UTM tagging, conversion tracking, and analytics setup.
  • Manage ad platform billing requirements, including receipt consolidation and payment requisition processing.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising platform policies and recommend improvements to conversion funnels and landing pages.

Earned Media Campaign Planning and Coordination (10%)

  • Develop integrated digital marketing plans that incorporate organic social media and website content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns on schedule.
  • Gather, analyze, and report insights from analytics platforms and digital marketing tools to support decision-making and performance improvement.

Digital Marketing Consultancy and Support (5%)

  • Provide digital marketing expertise, recommendations, and best practices to teams across the organization.
  • Support Resource Development and other organizational initiatives through strategic digital marketing planning.

Organizational Contribution (5%)

  • Integrate Christ-centered values into digital marketing work and decision-making.
  • Participate in organizational and team devotions, prayer meetings, and other spiritual nurturing activities.
  • Attend required meetings, events, and organizational activities.
  • Complete performance management and development requirements on time.
  • Support emergency response initiatives as needed and actively contribute to the organization's mission and values.

Qualifications:

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Strong background in content planning, copywriting, editing, publishing, and managing content across various digital channels.

  • Experience in optimizing digital platforms to improve conversion, engagement, reach, and overall user experience.

  • Hands-on experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and platform insights) to monitor, analyze, and improve campaign and content performance.

  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable content improvements and optimization strategies.

  • Relevant training in content marketing, SEO, social media management, digital analytics, or related areas.

  • Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, content marketing, or social media platforms are an advantage.

  • No specific license or professional registration required.

  • Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement techniques.

  • Knowledge of social media platform algorithms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and digital optimization best practices.

  • Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword optimization, and website content structuring.

  • Proficiency in basic graphic design, video editing, and multimedia tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Knowledge and ability to manage digital marketing budgets, including calculating break-even ROAS and optimizing conversion rates.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality content delivery.

  • Creative, analytical, and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
