Facilitate and coordinate child sponsorship operations across the ADP: manage sponsor-child communications, support RC portfolio and HOPE data, integrate sponsorship into programming, ensure child protection and quality compliance, support sponsor visits and community engagement, and document transformational stories and program learnings.

Manage grant financial accounting, payments, reconciliations, and donor reporting for field projects. Ensure compliance with WV and donor requirements, track cash flows and burn rates, support audits, process advances and inter-company transactions, and provide financial technical support to program teams.

Assist the Storekeeper with receiving, issuing and storing food commodities; maintain bin cards, stock cards and inventory reconciliation; create and file documentation; ensure warehouse cleanliness and inspections; supervise and train assistant storekeepers and porters; coordinate with field teams and report discrepancies to the commodity accountant/line manager.

Manage warehouse receipt, storage, issuance and reconciliation of commodities and materials. Maintain bin-cards, stock records, filing systems and stamped supporting documents. Report stock counts to commodity accountant and ensure proper handling of goods.

Lead and manage a 12-month DRR project: plan and implement anticipatory action, preparedness, early warning, and rapid response. Oversee budgets, procurement, MEAL, stakeholder coordination (government, humanitarian partners, communities), staff supervision, safeguarding, GEDSI integration, and donor reporting. Ensure timely activation of responses and compliance with World Vision and donor standards.
