About the role:

AvePoint is excited to provide the opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Specialist with expertise in Google and Bing Ads, as well as experience with LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter ads, to join our dynamic team. 

 What you will be doing?

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms as well as on B2B/B2C social media such as Linkedin, Meta etc 
  • Account Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams and internal stakeholders regarding campaign details, requirements and results. 
  • Create and optimize ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter to drive engagement and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Manage budgets and bids to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of ROI targets
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and search engine marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals
  • Utilize industry tools and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency

Other qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include:

  • At least 5 years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Google and Bing Ads
  • Experience in dealing with global teams is a big plus
  • Combined experience in B2B and B2C marketing. SAAS marketing experience a big plus
  • Proven experience with Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta Reddit, Twitter and other social ads
  • In-depth knowledge of paid media best practices and industry tools
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Advance ad campaign optimization skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
  • Google Analytics 4 certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with ABM tools such as 6Sense is a big plus  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with both inbound and outbound advertising including search and display
  • Familiarity with social media advertising on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
