Your Opportunity:
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing strategy. You’ll be responsible for building exceptional customer journeys, driving adoption of our Print on Demand solutions, and ensuring that every digital touchpoint reflects Gooten’s commitment to innovation, value, and growth.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own and elevate the end-to-end digital user experience for our Print on Demand partners, ensuring seamless, engaging, and conversion-focused journeys.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels, including paid media, social, content, and email, to drive awareness, traffic, and growth.
- Manage website development and optimization—partnering with product and design teams to deliver a best-in-class digital experience.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate strategy into scalable design solutions.
- Leverage analytics tools to track performance (attribution, conversion, A/B testing, speed optimization) and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with product development and business leaders to cross-merchandise offerings and expand customer “stickiness.”
- Own marketing communications, timelines, and budgets, setting clear expectations with stakeholders and driving projects to completion.
- Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity within the marketing and cross-functional teams.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or growth marketing.
- Strong background in digital strategy, personalization, and campaign activation.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in conversion optimization, reporting, and digital performance tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to influence stakeholders and tell compelling brand stories.
- Proven success working across teams to deliver high-impact results.
- Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $95,000-110,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
