Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Digital Marketing Manager to be a key part of our Marketing team in New York.

Are you a forward-thinking marketing superstar with a natural talent for driving results? Ingram Marketing Advantage is looking for a strategic marketer to lead the charge in building innovative online campaigns that reach book buyers online and drive print and ebook sales for independent publishers. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with distribution publishers on title selection and marketing strategies that drive eCommerce sales. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will ensure seamless coordination between in-house marketing colleagues, Ingram sales teams, and channel partners, delivering ROI-positive book marketing campaigns that truly move the needle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or year for year directly related experience
  • 5 years’ experience in digital marketing and online advertising

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recent experience directly executing ads in Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and Google. (Experience with additional platforms preferred.)
  • Experience building multi-channel advertising strategies for small to medium budgets.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience in book publishing, agency, or related environment highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and leverages up to date channel learnings and audience insights to ensure optimal ad targeting and creative development.
  • Develops and implements content to support marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Executes and manages advertising campaigns in leading search, social, and retail advertising channels (including Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google among others).
  • Uses internal and external tools to launch, analyze, and optimize cross-channel advertising.
  • Employs digital advertising best practices around targeting and segmentation, tests and A/B splits, and campaign optimization.
  • Routinely analyzes advertising and sales performance to achieve ROI goals and inform strategy.
  • Effectively communicates to key internal and external stakeholders around campaign status, KPIs, and recommended actions (including overseeing regular reporting to distribution publishers and Ingram management).
  • Excels at project management and running several campaigns simultaneously.
  • Manages relationships and communications with external marketing partners (including TikTok, Amazon Ads, Walmart Ads, and online content creators).
  • Works across business units to ensure that efforts are driving sales in an ROI- positive way.
  • Monitor trends on best practices and techniques across the book industry, ecommerce, social media, consumer marketing, and online advertising spaces.
  • Evaluates new opportunities and technologies while proactively researching issues and formulating solutions.

Hiring Salary Range: $ 87,475k - $110,601k This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to:  the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data
