About the Role

Were looking for a strategic, creative, and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Intern to lead our digital marketing strategy, drive lead generation, elevate our global brand presence, and strengthen our thought leadership in line with our international marketing vision. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies, position us across key platforms, and craft compelling brand narratives that reinforce our leadership in wholesale telecom and digital infrastructure. You will oversee high-impact digital campaigns, award submissions, event communications, and manage both internal and external digital channels to engage global audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities 

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, paid media, ABM, email, and social media) to generate leads and drive partner cross-sell and upsell.
  • Leverage digital marketing AI and automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for campaign optimisation.
  • Enhance the customer journey across all digital touchpoints in close collaboration with CX and sales teams. 
  • Apply analytics and performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with product and sales teams to position offerings through targeted digital campaigns.

    Content & Global Brand Messaging
  • Lead the creation of high-quality digital content, thought leadership articles, and marketing assets aligned with our brand voice.
  • Produce customer-facing and product content, including fact sheets, presentations, corporate decks, and sales pitches in collaboration with product teams.
  • Create success stories, whitepapers, and insights in liaison with leading industry analysts.
  • Manage internal and external newsletters and digital publications.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all communication and brand channels.

    Event Coordination
  • Prepare digital content for events, including invitations and visual materials for panels and roundtables.
  • Develop lead generation campaigns and coordinate digital PR support for events.
  • Build branded, engaging digital templates for executive meetings and roundtable invitations.

    PR & Digital Support
  • Coordinate content needs internally and with external agencies and analysts.
  • Ensure all PR materials and visuals align with our global brand voice and quality standards.
  • Analyse digital PR performance regularly and recommend improvement strategies.

    Awards & Recognition
  • Lead the strategy and execution of global award submissions across telecom, customer experience, marketing, and digital infrastructure.
  • Identify relevant awards, craft compelling entries, manage stakeholder alignment, and track outcomes.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and senior leadership to spotlight innovation, impact, and customer success stories with strong digital narratives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in running digital campaigns and award submissions.
  • Strong knowledge of content strategy, SEO, performance marketing, and CRM tools.
  • Proven experience managing agencies, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using digital AI tools for marketing optimisation.
