Summary:
The Campaign Manager will work as part of the Digital Ad Operations Center of Excellence. They will be responsible for optimizing and analyzing the performance of digital media campaigns to achieve KPIs by providing campaign analysis to ensure client success and revenue retention. The Campaign Manager analyzes different performance aspects of the campaigns, reviews the client website metrics and analytics and provides feedback and recommendations to internal teams and Cox Media clients. Provides expertise on digital creative trends and data analysis to aid in growing total advertising spend for Cox Media's high touch clients.
Location: This role requires that you reside within a Cox Communications listed location. This is a hybrid role, and the schedule is a mix of work-from-office/work-from-home.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Reporting and Analysis:
• Execute monitoring and analysis of digital campaign performance data (including quantitative and qualitative) to create actionable insights and strategy that will produce the desired results for clients. This can include media optimizations, creative tuning, audience insights, user experience enhancements as well as hypotheses that can then be tested and measured.
• Utilize third party platforms, internal data tools to tell compelling stories re: campaign performance, areas of optimization and improvement and highlight strategic areas of opportunity on high potential accounts.
• Partner with Technical Ad operations Specialists for deep insight on GA4 analysis and utilize these trends and findings as part of overall cohesive campaign analysis for Cox Media customers.
• Provide strategic analysis and expertise to internal stakeholders and directly with Cox Media customers.
• Develop customized dashboards and reporting geared towards maintaining and securing business from high spend/high potential clients.
• Support ad hoc reporting needs of key stakeholders.
• Provide data and analysis to key stakeholders in support of sales collateral creation.
• Applies advanced problem-solving skills to campaign issues and analytics
• Work closely with the planning team to ensure campaigns are configured for the accurate and effective collection of data tracking and reporting.
• Act as subject matter expert of Cox Media's digital media portfolio and the contract terms and guidelines of vendor partnerships.
• Staying informed of industry trends and best practices, focusing on how changes can help improve offerings to accounts and sharing knowledge to team members.
Quality Assurance:
• Review data, reporting and dashboards for accuracy and compliance with Cox Media methods and procedures. Coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fixes.
• Become an expert in Cox Media's internal ad trafficking process and platforms, creative management, and reporting tools to reduce errors and create efficiencies
• Ensure compliance to internal SLAs for timely execution of campaign reporting
• Identify reoccurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and tools.
Digital Expertise & Professional Development:
• Staying informed of industry trends and best practices, focusing on how changes can help improve offerings to accounts and sharing knowledge to team members.
• Act as subject matter expert of Cox Media's digital media portfolio and invest in continued education on internal processes and compliance standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with other internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for accurate execution of digital fulfillment processes and campaign support.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications
• High School diploma/GED with 4 years of experience in a related field such as Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field.
• 4 years proven experience in Digital Ad Operations or a similar data analytics role
• Experience in working with platforms such as GA4, Google Analytics, Meta, Adobe Analytics, and others
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent data analytics, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to reason, troubleshoot and problem solve
• Knowledge of cable advertising trends and industry dynamics is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
• BA/BS degree in related discipline Marketing, Business Administration
• 2 or more years of experience preferred in Digital Marketing
• 2 or more years of experience as a media buyer or planner, performing advertising agency work, working in a marketing or public relations role, or some combination of these
• Proficient in working with platforms such as GA4, Google Analytics, Meta, Adobe Analytics, and others
• GA4 certification
• Experience working at an advertising agency
USD 77,800.00 - 116,800.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $77,800.00 - $116,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
