What you’ll do
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels, including social media, paid advertising, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising.
- Drive user/driver acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and audience insights, and provide actionable recommendations to achieve business goals
- Collaborate closely with creative and design teams to develop content, landing pages, and campaign assets that enhance user/driver experience and conversion rates.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Manage campaign budgets and monitor spending to maximize efficiency and performance.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, marketing insights, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on target audiences, competitors, industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to identify growth opportunities and maintain market competitiveness.
- Execute acquisition marketing initiatives, including coupon and promotional campaigns, to encourage users to place their first order.
- Support other tasks assigned by the line manager related to user and driver acquisition activities.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- 2+ years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, affiliate platforms, or programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Experience in a performance marketing agency is a plus.
