We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst for the Similarweb Customer Success team, to play a vital role in helping clients uncover valuable competitor and industry insights using Similarweb products and data.

The Digital Marketing Analyst will serve as an extension of the client, create engagement using our unique data, and help clients extract real business value from Similarweb products.
Digital Marketing Analyst actively impacts the business by improving engagement, and client understanding, eventually increasing retention and creating business growth.
So, what will you be doing all day?
- Utilize Similarweb data and tools to gather in-depth intelligence on client competitors and their broader industry.
- Analyze website traffic, audience demographics, marketing channels, and advertising strategies to identify key trends and opportunities.
- Create compelling and informative client presentations, visually communicating complex data insights in a clear and impactful way.
- Develop regular reports for clients, highlighting key competitor and industry trends, along with actionable recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and Similarweb product features.
- Collaborate with the CS team to ensure reports and presentations align with client needs and business objectives.
This is the perfect job for someone who has:
- 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Slides, Excel, Tableau).
- Experience with Similarweb products or other marketing analytics tools is a plus.
