Position Objective:
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for Pernod Ricard brands in collaboration with the Brand Team, and oversee the execution of specific activations in partnership with the Digital Team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for full funnel digital brand activations (awareness, engagement, conversion).
- Development & responsibility for holistic consumer journeys and digital execution oversight.
- Consulting over digital content production (including social media) & adaptation according to digital mandatories specific for variety of digital platforms.
- Connecting Brand Teams with digital team through briefing, execution and delivery of various digital projects.
- Organizing best practice sharing sessions for local and global purposes based on insights gathered by digital team members.
- Translating business objectives in actionable digital goals and projects for other digital team members.
- Delivery of digital KPIs across CE region.
What you need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management or related field (master's preferred).
- Proven experience as a Digital Manager, Account Manager or similar roles.
- Excellent knowledge of Digital environment, including content, media, CRM, eCommerce.
- Experience in digital marketing campaign management.
- Strong team player approach, collaborative and cross-functional mindset; hands-on mentality.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish is a must.
