What you will be doing:
- Design and evolve complex digital solutions using M365, Azure Cloud, and event-driven patterns to support global scalability.
- Implement advanced automation solutions, including self-healing remediation runbooks, incident triage, and Power Platform-based business process automation.
- Lead the deployment of secure, scalable backend services and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with third-party platforms and internal digital ecosystems.
- Drive the adoption of modern technologies (SaaS, Entra ID, Global Secure Access) to replace legacy systems like traditional VPNs.
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Frontend teams to shape technical roadmaps and deliver high-quality, customer-centric features.
- Enforce stringent security and compliance policies across digital environments, mitigating vulnerabilities and managing identity lifecycles.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and high engineering standards.

- 5 - 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or digital support roles.
- Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus), and Entra ID.
- Proven experience with PowerShell, Power Automate, and building automated remediation workflows.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, client-side networking patterns, and asynchronous messaging systems.
- High emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse stakeholders.
