What you will be doing:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that maximize client efficiency and user experience.
- Owning the entire project lifecycle, from diagnosing inefficiencies to designing, specifying, and configuring the resulting technology solutions.
- Analysing current systems using service design and industrial engineering techniques to identify bottlenecks and areas for technological improvement.
- Redesigning customer journeys and workflows to be more efficient, compliant, and user-friendly.
- Translating strategic vision into clear technical requirements, including platform functionality, integrations, and success metrics.
- Implementing designs directly by configuring the Customer Engagement Platform.
- Contributing to core platform development by leveraging research, client feedback, and experience.

- A tertiary qualification would be beneficial (Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in industrial engineering principles, process mapping, service design, and CX (customer experience) journey design.
- Strong capability in defining business requirements and conducting structured, analytical research.
- Ability to think strategically about the big picture while successfully translating those visions into practical, technical execution.
- A natural aptitude for troubleshooting and identifying the root causes of inefficiencies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to clients, executives, and developers, as well as writing clear technical specifications.
- Focused on end-to-end delivery and implementation, rather than solely advising.
- Works effectively with others and possesses a detail-oriented mindset that balances technical specifics with broader organizational goals.
- A genuine interest in how technology influences human behaviour and shapes experiences.

Requirements

Skills Required
- 5-8+ years experience in software engineering, systems integration, or digital support roles.
- Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft 365 (M365).
- Hands-on proficiency with Azure Cloud Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
- Experience with Entra ID.
- Proven experience with PowerShell.
- Proven experience with Power Automate and Power Platform automation, including automated remediation workflows.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, client-side networking patterns, and asynchronous messaging systems.
- High emotional intelligence, active listening, and ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse stakeholders.
