JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Designer is responsible for the design of paid media, internal channels including web and app touchpoints. The Digital Designer will work with the brand marketing team on a variety of projects to develop direct to customer messaging. The messaging performance will be tracked along with the digital marketing team. The Digital Designer is responsible for making adjustments to messaging based on performance and testing. Alongside the creative team, this role will help shape every stage of the digital customer experience working collaboratively with the internal Schnucks agency and external creative agencies.
This role requires 4 days in office for up to 6 months to learn the role and then will be able to shift to 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote. This role is located in St Louis, Missouri.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Creates digital assets for a variety of brand campaigns across Meta, Chicory, programmatic display and video, CTV. Also responsible for the development of owned digital channels including website, app, weekly emails, push notifications, marketing cards, and more. Responsible for meeting timelines, posting proofs and adjusting creative based on feedback.
Works directly with media agencies on understanding the performance of creative. Responsible for independently recommending creative testing plans to media agency and adjusting messaging strategy, as needed, across Meta, The Trade Desk and OLV.
Collaborates with Digital Marketing Coordinator on file transfers to media agencies, overall project management, message priorities and scheduling design projects across all touchpoints.
Responsible for project management with outside creative agencies. Provides clear project brief direction, timely feedback and holds agencies accountable for on-time delivery.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Required Education: Bachelors Degree
Other Requirements: Graphics design major or graphic design minor with experience in digital design
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and related creative asset-creation software.
Understanding of graphic design.
