Required skills • Microsoft Dynamics configuration experience, ideally in CRM-style business process configuration and SaaS delivery contexts. • Ability to deliver requirements as user stories/work packages within a partner-led delivery model. • Understanding of data dependencies and integration impacts across CRM, Banner and downstream systems. • Strong testing/UAT support mindset, given the programme’s emphasis on functional testing, UAT, SIT and cross-capability UAT.
