Skills Required
- 10+ years experience customizing Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Service, Sales)
- Experience with Dataverse, Plugins, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Web Apps, Function Apps
- Proficient in .NET / C# including Web Services development and deployment
- Extensive experience in application architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365/xRM solutions
- Lead development of user stories and design artifacts; participate in full lifecycle development
- Conduct code reviews and enforce CRM customization standards and design patterns
- Significant development experience using MVC framework and multi-tier architectures
