We are looking for Digital Content Manager to join our Baltic Digital Content Team
You will be responsible for
You will be crafting user-centric content for our website, e-commerce flows, forms, emails and other digital customer touchpoints. You will work with content management systems to implement and manage the content while keeping track of SEO performance.
You will collaborate with product development squads, UX and e-commerce teams to co-design intuitive customer journeys and support A/B testing initiatives by preparing variations.
You will make sure that our tone of voice is coherent in customer communication. You will work with Estonian language content as well as adapt from and create master copies for other Baltic countries in English.
What do we expect from you?
Strong writing skills across various formats: UX copy, webpages, product content, email communication. Excellent grammar and editing skills.
Solid understanding of user-centred and content design, digital usability and customer-journey principles.
Working knowledge of SEO and familiarity with analytics/SEO tools.
Hands-on experience with content management systems.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong collaboration skills in agile or cross-functional environments.
