This role will be based in our Philadelphia office and will work directly within the communications and content team while working collaboratively with, and as an integral part of, the global marketing and communications team.
This role reports to the Marketing Technology Systems Administrator.
Position Summary
The Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for a range of marketing and communications duties that are focused on updating and maintaining content on the firm’s website, newsletters and various other systems as well as supporting content development. Additionally, the Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for contributing to a broad range of content creation and content management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates, edits, and manages content submitted for the firm's primary internal newsletter, ensuring all content is timely, accurate, inclusive, well written, and properly formatted for weekly publication.
Writes, edits, reviews, and maintains attorney biographies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, grammar, consistency, and adherence to firm style guidelines.
Publishes and updates attorney biographies, articles, news coverage, press releases, publications, and other marketing content across the firm's website, proposal system, PRWeb, and other content management platforms.
Creates, edits, and maintains website pages and digital content within the firm's content management systems, ensuring a high level of accuracy and quality control.
Reviews and updates marketing collateral for grammar, punctuation, style, consistency, compliance, and overall readability.
Formats and prepares content for publication across multiple channels, including websites, newsletters, client alerts, databases, and other digital platforms.
Maintains content databases and assists with tracking, reporting, and content audits to support the firm's marketing and business development initiatives.
Partners with marketing and business professionals across the firm to coordinate content updates, ensure consistency, and support cross-functional initiatives.
Identifies opportunities to improve content workflows, publishing processes, and data quality.
Assists with departmental projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Education & Prior Experience
Bachelor’s degree required, a major in journalism, public relations, English, communications, or related field preferred.
Two to four years of relevant experience in a marketing/communications role at a law firm, professional services firm or within a regulated industry.
Experience at a law firm or professional services firm is strongly preferred.
Preference for experience compiling a newsletter, school newspaper, or similar publication involving submissions.
Technology
Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook required.
Knowledge and experience in a website content management system, with a preference for Sitecore.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn mass mail software, with a preference for Concep.
Understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible use in a professional environment.
Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, firm-approved AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms) to support daily workflow and/or improve work quality.
