The Client Partner Country Lead acts as the primary representative of Pfizer Digital within a country. This role is responsible for the overall performance and operations of Pfizer Digital in that country, as well as for developing and implementing unified country strategies and plans.
The Digital Client Partner Lead for Korea is part of a team of business-facing Pfizer Digital colleagues who support the assigned stakeholders and the Korea Country President. This role is accountable for supporting the overall demand, performance, and operations of Pfizer Digital in the assigned market/region, working collaboratively with Pfizer Digital groups, business units, and enabling functions stakeholders.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary point of contact for the country on digital and technology matters, and advise on digital and technology topics and trends, opportunities and internal Pfizer Digital capabilities.
- Lead Pfizer Digital strategy and cost/benefit business case(s) creation, with business sponsors and input from appropriate Pfizer Digital groups, to meet division/function needs.
- Partner with the country stakeholders and appropriate Pfizer Digital groups to manage successful execution of the strategy including solution delivery, business adoption and business case achievement
- Ensure a good appreciation of the capabilities of Customer Analytics and the broader analytics groups services provided. Understand the types of business challenges analytics can help to solve, and ensure effective early engagement of key SME's. Ensure early engagement & working across Pfizer Digital to develop compelling proposal/solution
- Be proactive thought leaders partnering with divisions/functions to drive innovative use of technology, data, and/or digital (existing, new) to create value and superior experiences for patients, HCPs, payers and Pfizer.
- Translate country needs into business requirements.
- Lead governance to prioritize and manage all Pfizer Digital demand for country. Clearly communicate prioritized demand and country needs/requirements to all appropriate Pfizer Digital groups on an ongoing basis.
- Work with appropriate Pfizer Digital groups to leverage and scale products and solutions across customers and geographies as appropriate
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Preferred Education: BS, MBA b) Preferred Discipline(s): Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management.
- Strong ability to engage cross - functional teams to deliver on time and within budget
- Strong client relationship, stakeholder management & influencing skills
- Proven ability to build strong teams; recruit top talent and develop colleagues of all levels
- Demonstrated ability to build compelling business cases for technical, data & analytics opportunities & pull through measurement & value delivery for business impact
- Business Acumen - Good overall knowledge of the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industry and a knowledge of the key factors that influence Pfizer and the Pharmaceutical industry. Good knowledge of the relevant business segments, the associated product portfolio, business footprint and overall commercial demographics & cultural footprint
- Proven ability to manage with agility in a complex matrix environment
- People management experience - managing colleagues and drive colleagues' development
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Pfizer Digital is a 7x24x365 operation. This role may require occasional physical or virtual participation on a weekend, holiday, or after normal business hours.
