Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the CEM DIGITT team to drive, develop, and deliver digital and technology projects across the organization.
Directly contribute to the development, enhancements, feature additions, and bug fixes for in-house digital solutions.
Design solution architectures and create technical roadmaps for the future development and scalability of digital projects.
Establish, implement, and maintain DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, for lean software teams to ensure efficient deployment and operations.
Set up and manage supporting IT infrastructure for digital projects in CEM, including cloud-based, on-premises, and hybrid solutions.
Perform database administration tasks, including design, optimization, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Provide system and network monitoring, administration, and support services to ensure reliability and performance of digital assets.
Liaise and coordinate with third-party vendors on technical solutioning and integration to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems and custom software solutions.
Proven full-stack software development skills across frontend, backend, and related technologies.
Strong experience in database administration (e.g., design, querying, performance tuning, and security).
Demonstrated expertise in system and network monitoring, administration, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
Hands-on experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes for small to medium-sized development teams.
Prior experience with custom bespoke software solutions and domain knowledge in engineering or project-related digital tools is highly advantageous.
