INTERNSHIP REQUIREMENTS...

• Internship will last 10 weeks. Ending on Friday, August 8, 2025
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater at time of application
• At time of application, you must be enrolled in an educational institution.
• You will be in the office 4 days a week. You can work remote 1 day a week.

OVERVIEW
Spectrum Reach is looking for a qualified intern to join our Digital Services team. The Intern will assist with the coordination and execution of various tasks and process within the Digital Services team. This role requires strong analytical, and communication skills. The Intern will report to the Manager, Digital Services. Intern should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track internal metrics for team performance initiative
• Review existing campaign portfolio, calling out campaigns in need of attention based on established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders; such as Creative Services, Sales and Product
• Develop presentations, run reports and perform campaign research
• Execute all special projects in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong efficiency necessary in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and HTML (a plus).
• Excellent organizational and personal communication skills
• Creative problem solving and the ability to take initiative and make sound judgment
• Ability to change direction quickly while meeting deadlines
• Work effectively and act professionally with all staff levels
• Ability to work with minimal/moderate supervision
• Ability to learn new processes quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment while also working individually towards goals
• Strong attention to detail and quality
