Employee (m/f/n) at this position must have excellent communication skills as well as the theoretical and practical knowledge and understanding of digital/online marketing practices, tools and platforms.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Act as global subject-matter-expert responsible for running, coordination, support, initiatives on variety digital/online activities and projects in selected key countries.
- Be a primary point of contact, build effective relationships and drive cooperation between global, regional and local digital/online teams.
- Make sure all digital activities are properly planned, coordinated, executed and evaluated.
- Independently run and take ownership over complex cross-team/cross-country digital/online projects.
- Coordinate and drive correct implementation of global digital guidelines, best practices and ensure compliance of local market’s requirements.
- Track the level of adoption, implementation and deviances of ESET’s digital properties across local markets to ensure highest possible performance and conversion rates.
- Communicate and spread information about newest digital initiatives, new functionalities, best practices and guidelines. Ensure their proper and timely implementation on key markets.
- Provide basic support and oversee main digital properties and resources on selected key markets.
- Coordinate implementation of complex corporate website/e-commerce functionalities, make in-depth troubleshooting regarding e-commerce/web solution.
- Participate on the process of creating functional/technical specification and follow up with development team on its implementation, acceptance testing and ensure further adoption on selected local markets.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- 5+ years experience on Digital Marketing/Operations manager or similar position
- Master's degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communication) or equivalent experience
- Ability to bridge business needs and technical capabilities
- Excellent project management skills, outcome-driven with focus on partnership and execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including ability to engage with team members at all levels of the organization
- Experience with system administration of the marketing ops, sales ops, digital workflows
- Strong understanding in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, email/ads optimization, web/e-commerce solutions
- Ability to develop and translate strategic goals into actionable items that balance the evolving priorities of the organization
- Digitally savvy with interest in cutting-edge digital trends
- Team player with a positive, collaborative work ethic
Basic wage component (gross): from 2200 EUR
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
- The final basic wage component can be increased according to the unique individual skills and experiences of the selected candidate.
