What We Do
True Rx Health Strategists is a pharmacy benefits manager for employee benefit brokers and self-insured employers who refuse to accept the health care paradox: spending more on pharmacy benefits while employees get sicker. As Health Strategists, we deliver transparent pricing and proactive, pharmacist-led solutions guided by clinical expertise, not financial incentives. Where traditional PBMs process claims, we solve health problems. Where others use call centers, we put pharmacists directly in touch with patients. Through health innovation, we address America's biggest health challenges including diabetes, obesity, and mental health. Our clinical programs deliver measurable outcomes: 93% of diabetes patients reach their A1C goals, and weight management patients average 6-15% weight loss. We deliver the True Experience through personalized support and exceptional care. Real-time answers from clinicians and account managers who know your employees. Transparent pricing with no hidden fees. A family-owned partner that answers to clients, not shareholders. Five generations of our family have been in pharmacy. We built True Rx to be the kind of partner we'd want if we were responsible for both the health and the costs of the people we serve. An Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Company, True Rx serves clients nationwide with industry-leading clinical outcomes and transparent pricing. For more information, visit truerx.com.
