Manage 2–4 concurrent projects from initiation through closure, defining scope, schedules, deliverables, and success criteria. Coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership. Support PMO standards, technology-enabled operational enhancements, IT releases, business requirements documentation, project closure, and continuous improvement.

Leads the enterprise data strategy and three core functions: data architecture and services, analytics and insights, and data governance and quality. Oversees data platforms, integrations, warehousing, reporting, self-service analytics, AI-enabled insights, governance frameworks, and real-time quality monitoring. Partners with executive, operational, compliance, legal, security, IT, and AI leaders to improve decision-making, regulatory compliance, data trust, and organizational performance.

The Chief Operating Officer will partner with executive leadership to translate strategy into results, strengthen operations, improve systems and processes, oversee operational and clinical functions, drive organizational growth and transformation, and lead enterprise-wide change. The role requires developing high-performing teams, establishing performance measures, enhancing client experiences, and representing the organization with clients, partners, and healthcare stakeholders.

Manage and develop a billing and AR team, ensure accurate timely billing, design billing controls, monitor AR and payment trends, build dashboards, partner cross-functionally, and support audits and system upgrades.

Provide one-on-one telehealth Medical Nutrition Therapy for complex conditions (diabetes, obesity, CVD), promote sustainable weight loss, evaluate outcomes, create clinical recommendations and reports, collaborate with teams, support program implementation, and lead delegated responsibilities.

Individual contributor sales leader responsible for identifying and pursuing PBM-related accounts (brokers, TPAs, captives, employer groups). Performs consultative sales, networking, strategic planning, reporting, and occasional travel for events; collaborates with management to meet sales goals and maintain industry engagement.

Lead business development efforts to acquire employer-sponsored health plan clients and strategic partners; mentor and coach a BD team; deliver presentations; align with operations and marketing; manage territory, travel frequently for client meetings and industry events, and own sales results.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, profitability analysis, and business-case development. Provide decision support to executives, partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting, headcount forecasting, and automate processes, and drive strategic and operational planning initiatives.

Reconcile deposits and billing reports, monitor accounts receivable and follow up on late payments, use accounting software to update processes, generate ad-hoc reports, and document systems, policies, and procedures while collaborating with the billing team.

Manage clinical account activities for clients and members by providing drug therapy guidance, medication therapy management, developing clinical programs, analyzing drug utilization, delivering presentations, and supporting account teams to improve member health and program adoption.
