DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, infrastructure automation, and monitoring tools.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support software deployment and release management.
  
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services.
  
• Deploy, maintain, and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance and implement proactive improvements.
  
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline build, testing, and deployment processes.
  
• Implement security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance-related issues.
  
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and disaster recovery processes.
  
• Support system upgrades, patch management, and environment optimization initiatives.
  
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and service improvement activities.
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in DevOps Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Systems Administration.
  
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
  
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  
• Strong Linux administration skills.
  
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
  
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.
  
• Experience in banking, fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated environments will be an added advantage.
