Design, build, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI applications including LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and AI-enabled automation. Integrate AI into enterprise systems, develop APIs/backend services, implement CI/CD, monitoring, and optimize performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC, manage cloud and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), monitor systems, enforce security best practices, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, maintain documentation, and support incident management and disaster recovery.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments to ensure timely delivery of data, analytics and AI projects. Partner with Product Owners, coordinate cross-functional teams, track Agile metrics, manage risks and dependencies, and promote continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment in a regulated insurance environment.

Provide independent quality assurance across SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and DR testing. Validate test strategies, environment parity, defect management, migration scenarios, and phase-exit readiness. Produce assurance reports, engage stakeholders, and ensure testing governance meets banking and regulatory standards for go-live and post-implementation stability.

Design, build, test, and maintain scalable web applications. Implement responsive React front-ends and Node.js back-ends, RESTful APIs, and databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, perform code reviews and testing, and integrate AI tools and LLMs to improve development and product outcomes.

Develop, configure, and support Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) platform features and integrations. Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, support deployments and upgrades, participate in design and testing, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Develop and maintain iOS applications using React Native. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to implement features, integrate APIs and third-party libraries, optimize performance, debug issues, and participate in code reviews while staying current with iOS and React Native best practices.

Validate solution and technical designs, API and integration logic; assess infrastructure readiness, HA/DR, performance and observability; review core banking parameterisation and end-of-day processing; identify architectural risks and ensure environment readiness across DEV, SIT, UAT, PREPROD, DR, and PROD.

Serve as primary client contact to build and maintain relationships, coordinate internal delivery, track and resolve issues, run engagement reviews, monitor satisfaction, support renewals, and prepare status reports.

Lead design and execution of manual and automated test strategies for core banking transformations. Translate requirements into test plans, validate APIs and integrations, manage defects, maintain test environments and frameworks, support UAT, provide independent assurance across governance, risk, data, security and cutover readiness, and produce go-live recommendations and assurance reports.
