Job SummaryWe are looking for a Professional Services OPS Engineer to support client-facing data
operations and workflow execution. This role focuses on job monitoring, issue resolution,
data sharing, and operational support across multiple platforms to ensure reliable and
timely client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities• Monitor and troubleshoot job failures in Visual Cron, Argo, and Databricks• Perform root-cause analysis and implement fixes to maintain workflow stability• Build, schedule, and maintain workflows using Visual Cron, Argo, Databricks Jobs, and
Snowflake Tasks• Manage data sharing and deliveries via Databricks Share, Snowflake Share, S3, and SFTP• Push MDE and non-MDE data to client environments post job success• Support monthly refresh cycles, reruns, backfills, and ad-hoc operational requests• Handle client and internal PS inquiries related to deliverables and missing files• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes
Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with job schedulers (Visual Cron preferred)• Argo or Airflow workflow orchestration• Strong working knowledge of Databricks• SQL for data validation and troubleshooting• Python for scripting and automation• Basic knowledge of S3• Experience with SFTP-based data deliveries
Good to Have• Snowflake Tasks and Snowflake Share• Azure Blob Storage Exposure and Experience supporting client-facing or production systems.
