Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for software build, test, release, and deployment activities.
- Configure and maintain source control, build, release, and ALM tools, including GitHub Enterprise and related integrations.
- Support cloud-based and containerized engineering environments using Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve build, integration, deployment, and platform-related issues.
- Implement automation solutions for software development, testing, validation, reporting, and engineering workflows.
- Develop reusable scripts, tools, and automation frameworks using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar programming languages.
- Design, develop, integrate AI-enabled engineering solutions that improve software development efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, documentation, testing, and engineering productivity.
- Collaborate with software development and validation teams to improve engineering productivity and software delivery processes.
- Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies that improve engineering efficiency.
- Document processes, solutions, standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in DevOps, software development, build and release engineering, software automation, or related engineering disciplines.
- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Experience using GitHub Enterprise, Git, and modern source control practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in Python and at least one scripting language such as PowerShell or Bash.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or comparable technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, Terraform, or Bicep.
