Supports and troubleshoots integrated IoT and IT/OT systems used in manufacturing, including lot trace management, warehouse management, and Andon systems. Investigates application, server, network, database, and resource issues; performs SQL searches and server reboots; coordinates incident resolution and escalations; creates product tables; documents procedures; develops training plans; and trains support staff. Participates in a 24/7 emergency on-call rotation and travels up to 15% throughout North America.

Provides advanced technical support for manufacturing IoT and lot traceability systems. Troubleshoots integrated IT/OT infrastructure, servers, networks, databases, APIs, and applications; performs SQL searches and system updates; coordinates incident root-cause analysis, escalation, and resolution. Creates documentation and training for support staff, communicates incident status to stakeholders, supports production restoration, and participates in a 24/7 emergency on-call rotation. Up to 15% North America travel is required.

Investigates, analyzes, and reconciles accounting and financial information; prepares journal entries, work papers, financial statements, bank and intercompany reconciliations, asset depreciation, invoices, and reporting. The role also resolves issues with internal departments and affiliates, supports tooling records, assists sales, and recommends process improvements while maintaining ownership of financial statements.

Collaborates with Production, Engineering, and Product Design to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Leads PLM strategy, architecture, digital thread initiatives, product data governance, and enterprise engineering-system integrations. Partners globally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, IT, and other stakeholders to standardize processes and deliver digital transformation value. Serves as the PLM subject matter expert, evaluates PLM technologies, guides implementation and adoption, supports security requirements, and drives measurable improvements in quality, speed, efficiency, and innovation.

Support and implement quality systems and controls for processes and products. Perform PFMEA and Control Plan reviews, lead ESC projects, conduct audits, analyze data to resolve quality issues, coordinate testing and warranty responses, and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) with stakeholders and customers.

Lead controls engineering for HVAC final assembly including daily production support, equipment specification/procurement/installation, safety circuit design, project management, kaizen activities, testing/validation, training, cross-department communication, and continuous improvement to improve uptime, efficiency, and quality.

Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning for the company, manage recruiting lifecycle, vendor contracts, internship programs, hiring metrics, compliance with employment laws, and develop HR policies. Coach and develop assigned staff, make hiring/discipline decisions, support succession and talent management, and advise senior leadership on HR strategy and improvements.

Design, develop, and deploy AI-based computer vision systems for manufacturing. Build detection/classification/defect algorithms, integrate with automation, validate and optimize deployments, document standards, and train affiliate engineers to sustain solutions across North America.

Support and maintain industrial data infrastructure: ensure data integrity and uptime, troubleshoot middleware and clustered systems, create data visualizations, launch clustered servers, monitor NAS health, run lab tests, lead technical projects and kaizen, and create process documentation including network maps and FTAs.

Serve as primary HR contact for assigned business units, advising on employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent management, succession planning, training, and policy interpretation. Analyze data, implement HR solutions, mentor colleagues, coordinate programs and projects, and support moderate-to-high risk associate relations issues.
