Lead end-to-end enterprise payroll system programs across North America, driving governance, roadmaps, resource planning, implementation (configuration, data conversion, testing, deployment), risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, compliance, vendor and budget management, and post-production stabilization while promoting process standardization and continuous improvement.

The Control Engineer 2 designs, programs, and troubleshoots PLC-based control systems, particularly Allen Bradley, for manufacturing equipment, while collaborating with teams to enhance system efficiency.

Provide executive-level administrative support including calendar and travel coordination, meeting planning and minutes, document control and uploads to NEXUS, visitor and event logistics, company-wide data compilation, and company vehicle management.
