Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional production experience. A core capability in Golang is highly sought after, paired with an understanding of object-oriented backend environments.
Feature Ownership & Microservices: Develop, test, and maintain distributed systems and microservices using Golang (on need basis Node.js/Java depending on the subsystem, native development using C/C++/Java ) and RESTful/gRPC APIs.
Cloud & Modern Infrastructure: Deploy scalable web applications inside containerized environments utilizing Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
OS App Development: Baseline exposure to building applications or scripts that manage/interact deeply with native OS frameworks. Knowing languages like Swift, Objective-C, or C++ is a massive differentiator for this vertical.
CI/CD & DevOps Practices: Utilize automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) to consistently build, test, and ship code safely.
AI Adoption: Leveraging AI in the SDLC and PDLC phases by using it as accelerator, for enabling better user experience and in testing cycles
UI Integration (For Full-Stack tracks): Collaborate with UI/UX teams to build modular, reusable UI components (frequently using Vue.js) that seamlessly hook into backend systems.
