Job Description: - AKRSP(I) is seeking dedicated and experienced Development Organizer – Enterprise Development to join our team. The Development organizer will be responsible for mobilizing and supporting rural households, women, SHGs, youth and community institutions to develop sustainable and profitable micro-enterprises.

The position will focus on enterprise identification, entrepreneur selection, business planning, capacity building, financial and digital literacy, enterprise establishment, market linkage, value-chain development and regular business handholding.
The person will work closely with community institutions, FPOs, SHGs, government departments, financial institutions, market actors and other stakeholders to create sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Essential Skills-
  • Very good understanding of rural enterprises, livelihoods, and income generation opportunities in rural areas.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship development process, training needs, local ecosystem, and support structure
  • Strong team and people management skills
  • Ability to manage number of stakeholders and lesioning with government and other partners
  • Good MIS management, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Good report writing and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of monitoring and evaluation tools and systems.
  • Project management skills
Job Description-
  • Overall management of entrepreneurship development programme.
  • Organize various events, workshops, and promotional activities to create awareness around entrepreneurship among youths.
  • Understand entrepreneurship development needs of rural entrepreneurs and develop the support system.
  • Planning and implementation of the training programmes, exposure visits and financial support to selected entrepreneurs.
  • Liaison with government departments and financial institutions to aid entrepreneurs.
  • Develop and maintain project data and MIS for reporting.
  • Develop periodic progress reports for better communication of the project outcomes.
  • Management and planning of programme budget
Experience- Minimum 0-1 years of experience in Managing entrepreneurship, Livelihood development Projects with rural communities especially with women and youth

Salary- Salary will be commensurate with experience and educational qualification.

Travel- The position requires extensive travel to rural project areas
