Job Summary
Location: Chennai Team/Product: Xfinity App About the Role We are looking for a skilled iOS Developer with 5-7 years of experience to join the Comcast Xfinity App team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Swift and SwiftUI, with the ability to build modern, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications.involves mentoring junior engineers, ensuring quality with Quality Assurance, and providing technical leadership on routine projects. The job is also responsible for conducting training for application users.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI
• Build dynamic and responsive UI components using SwiftUI
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams
• Ensure app performance, quality, and scalability
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and architecture discussions

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in native iOS development
• Strong proficiency in Swift (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with SwiftUI (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of UIKit
• Strong understanding of MVVM / Clean Architecture
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and networking
• Familiarity with Git/version control systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Flutter (good to have / preferred)
• Exposure to cross-platform development concepts
• Experience with Combine / async-await / concurrency
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in large-scale consumer-facing applications
• Familiarity with Firebase, analytics, and crash reporting tools
