Design, Develop & Build the next generation of AI-driven Quality Engineering (not a traditional test automation role.) You will combine modern test automation, Generative AI, autonomous AI agents, and streaming technology expertise to create intelligent testing systems that continuously validate customer experiences, identify quality risks before release, and help accelerate innovation.
Job Description
You will design and build an AI-powered quality engineering platform that:
- Automates critical customer journeys
- Detects release risks
- Reduces manual regression testing
- Accelerates software delivery
- Improves customer experience across all supported devices and platforms
- Leverages Agentic AI to autonomously execute, analyze, and optimize testing activities
Build the Next Generation of AI-Powered Testing
- Design and develop autonomous AI testing agents capable of executing end-to-end customer journeys
- Apply Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate, optimize, and maintain test cases
- Develop intelligent testing frameworks that continuously validate application quality
- Implement AI-assisted defect analysis and root cause identification
- Create self-healing automation solutions that adapt to application changes
- Drive innovation in AI-powered Quality Engineering practices
What you'll bring: Several years of experience in test automation, quality engineering, and software testing, with expertise in designing scalable automation frameworks for web and mobile platforms. Strong knowledge of test automation, mobile testing, AI and agentic systems, and streaming & OTT technologies, combined with hands-on experience in Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, WebdriverIO, Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, Maestro, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Proficient in CI/CD and quality engineering practices using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, BrowserStack, computer vision-based UI testing, OCR-driven validation, and machine learning fundamentals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate innovative software solutions that align with business needs
- Conducting analysis of system requirements and the customization of applications to ensure optimal functionality
- Assisting with the software update process for existing applications and roll-outs of software releases
- Engaging with Quality Assurance to verify that software meets technical specifications and delivering high-quality, reliable applications
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in software applications and systems
- Synthesizing market research and industry trends to inform project strategies and enhance product offerings
- Conducting training sessions for operational staff to ensure effective use of internally developed applications
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
