RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions with rotations in Loan Operations, Customer Support, Product, Data, and Program Management.
- Build deep product knowledge by learning how clients and advisors interact with our platform and understanding the technology behind it.
- Engage directly with clients, supporting calls, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Contribute to impactful projects, such as data analysis, product enhancements, and process improvements that drive business results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across operations, product, engineering, and customer success.
- Develop professionally through structured mentorship, feedback, and training designed to accelerate your growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hunger for learning and a curious mindset with the drive to explore and solve problems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Adaptable, resilient, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through academics, internships, or extracurriculars.
