Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure APIs using Java/Spring Boot on AWS. Implement OAuth/JWT security, write unit/integration tests, optimize performance, integrate CI/CD pipelines, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with product and architecture teams using Agile practices.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and develop scalable systems for a cloud-based SaaS platform, lead technical discussions, and ensure high-quality code delivery.

The Regulatory & Compliance Attorney will lead regulatory compliance initiatives, support legal matters, manage compliance programs, and ensure adherence to lending laws while working closely with the Chief Legal Officer.

Serve as primary technical contact for clients: troubleshoot front-end/back-end issues, analyze logs, isolate root causes, communicate with Engineering/Product teams, produce documentation, provide configuration/training, and support on-call incident response to ensure platform reliability and customer satisfaction.

The Head of Partnerships will identify and develop strategic partnerships, negotiate agreements, lead new business initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue and adoption.

Work with clients to design and implement integrations, data migrations, and custom deployments for a securities-based lending platform. Define system architecture, integration specs, manage project scope/timelines, coordinate offshore teams, conduct technical discovery and UAT, document systems, and draft feature requests.

Lead IT-focused and cross-organizational internal audits: plan risk assessments, test IT general and automated controls, document controls, identify gaps, recommend remediation, and present findings to management.

Provide loan operations support for securities-based lending: assist advisors and clients with applications and onboarding, ensure application completeness, guide loans through review, handle post-origination servicing (payments, draws, maintenance), answer inquiries, follow credit policy, prepare reports and client communications, and support product and process improvements.

Support delivery of securities-based lending system development by negotiating client requirements, working with product development, designing prototypes, documenting business/technical requirements, configuring platforms, producing supporting documents, and providing QA and troubleshooting.
